We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are dead on arrival. (Please contact us to arrange for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product(s)), wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are suppose to do.
No Receipt = No Refund
Please note Avon Computech reserves the right to refuse the return of, or offer refunds for the following products;
- Opened memory
- Opened software
- Opened products that are return in a non re-saleable condition (i.e. missing manuals, discs, cables, and/or packaging).
Cash purchases will be refunded with cash if available, otherwise by mailed cheque. Card purchases will be refunded on the original card ONLY.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
Products considered DOA if it shows symptoms of hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon first use out of the box. For DOA product(s) please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of the product(s).
The Avon Computech support team will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
- Replacement: The same product(s) that you ordered. The product must be deemed DOA by the Avon Computech Support team within 7 calendar days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. or..
- Service: You may have the product(s) repaired; however, once serviced, the product(s) is no longer eligible for replacement.
